InnoDisk Industrial Grade U-DIMM DDR3 Module Extended Temperature
InnoDisk offers a whole series of Industrial DRAM, including SDRM, DDR, DDR2 and now DDR3.
The Industrial Grade DDR3, W/T iDIMM follows InnoDisk tradition in selecting original wide temperature ICs to deliver the highest quality signal output and sufficiently decreases the risk of system buffer over (under) - run.
Additionally, an innovative feature that all new InnoDisk W/T iDIMM series have "On-board Thermal Detector" (OTD) which can monitor the environmental temperature up to 70°C. With the feedback from OTD the system can adjust operation to maintain the system to work.
