InnoDisk Industrial DRAM (i-DIMM series) is everything you need from an Industrial DRAM module solution, SDRAM PC 100 / 133 available in un-buffered DIMM, registered-DIMM,ECC-DIMM and buffered-DIMM and low Profile PCB. For large quantity; customized memory modules are also available such in wide temp (-40C ~ +85C) or low profile PCB.
All i-DIMM modules have been carefully engineered and designed under JEDEC standard with standardized compatibility and reliability tested within temperature chambers to ensure the best quality of the product.
InnoDisk also guarantee that only original IC chips are used with long term supply and life time warranty. Not to mention, all i-DIMM conforms with the following regulations of ROHS, WEEE and ISO90001 production procedures.
These products are suitable for demanding mission critical data applications where the DRAM is exposed to extreme temperatures.
