The Panasonic PCMCIA SRAM Memory Card offers users a fully compatible PCMCIA/JEIDA industry standard Type I solid state storage device which is extremely rugged and reliable with an access time of just 200ns. Combined with an ultra low power consumption and using the CR2025 Lithium Coin Cell for data back-up making them ideal for portable PC & Industrial applications, or for usage in harsh/hostile environments.
The BNxxxHSR series is 100% WinME and WinXP compatible just plug-and-play to format the device into a FAT format.
