APRO Industrial Grade 1.8" Titans SATA SSD
APRO Industrial 1.8" SATA Flash Disk - Titans Series is an extremely rugged design for SATA interfaces which follows Serial ATA 1.0a and ATAPI-5 specifications. They are manufactured mainly using Samsung NAND Type SLC Flash memory chips and managed by the translation of parallel ATA controller and serial ATA controller. The available 1.8" SATA Flash Disk capacities are 32MB, 64MB, 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB. The operating temperature supports commercial grade 0°C ~ +70°C and industrial grade -40°C ~ +85°C and supports data transfer modes up to UDMA-4.
The APRO Industrial 1.8" SATA Flash Disk - Titans Series products provide a high level interface to the host computer. This interface allows a host computer to issue commands to the Flash Disk to read or write blocks of memory. the host addresses the disk in 512 byte sectors. Each sector is protected by a powerful 4-bit Error Correct Code (ECC).
