APRO Industrial Grade 2.5" BON PATA / IDE SSD (Secure & Fast Erase)
APRO Industrial Rugged Metal 2.5" PATA SLC SSD - BON Series provides high capacity flash memory Solid State Drive (SSD) that electrically complies with ATA-7.0 standard with high performance. The main used flash memories are SLC-NAND type flash memory chips. The available disk capacities are 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. The operating temperature grade is optional for commercial level 0°C ~ 70°C and wide temperature level -40°C ~ +85°C. The data transfer performance by sustained by read is up to 105MB/sec (Max), and sustained write is up to 100MSB/sec (Max).
APRO Industrial Rugged Metal 2.5" PATA SLC SSD - BON Series supports Fast/Secure Erase which initiates by hardware design and software vendor commands. APRO's Fast Erase procedure is one of the default sanitize procedure in BON Series Secure Erase SSD Series. Fast Erase enables users to erase the entire disk contents in a matter of seconds; 8GB takes around 6 seconds with the 128GB needing around 60 seconds to run the Fast Erase procedure for the whole disk completely. Furthermore, BON Series Rugged Metal 2.5" PATA SLC SSD also supports Secure Erase (Sanitizing procedures) including NSA Manual 130-2, USA-AF AFSSI 5020, DoD 5220.22M and IREC (IRIG) 106 standards by different firmware versions.
